Kojo Afedzi Hayford

CEO/Founder

Kojo Afedzi Hayford established e.Services Africa Ltd. in 2002 and is responsible for developing all facets of the organization, from setting and articulating the strategic vision, to hiring, and developing talent to executing corporate goals. Mr. Hayford is continually focused on operational improvements and was fundamental in the organisation’s transformation into emerging as the foremost outsourcing contact center company in West Africa. 

Prior to this set up, Mr. Hayford was integral in the formation of a string of IT startups, including Tara Systems Ghana Limited in 1989 and United Communications Systems International (UCSI), in 1998.   Tara Systems quickly built a diverse portfolio of clients spanning the financial services, government and telecommunications industries under his leadership and quickly became recognized as one of the foremost Systems Integration and ERP Solution providers in West Africa. Working in a joint venture with UCSI and Nortel Networks (Canada), Mr. Hayford led the installation of the first high speed terrestrial fibre optic data communications network infrastructure, adapted for the West African market.

Ernest Amartey Otu

Head, Business Development

Ernest Amartey Otu heads the Business Development Team of e.Services Africa Ltd. He is an accomplished customer Engagement Professional with years of experience in Contact Center operations in the telecommunication, healthcare and utility industries.

He is responsible for executing the company’s product and go-to-market strategies to drive continued business growth and brand awareness.

Prior to heading the Business Development Unit, Ernest served in a variety of responsibilities including Customer Care Representative, Supervisor and as the Quality Assurance Manager ensuring service level agreements with clients are continuously met or exceeded.

 He is a member of the International Association of Outsourcing Professionals (IAOP) with an Associate Certified Outsourcing Professional aCOP® certification. He also holds a Diploma in Computer Systems Networking and Telecommunications from NIIT Ghana.

Senior Accountant

As the Senior Accountant of e.Services Africa Ltd., Josephine Lartey-Doh is responsible for the organisation’s finance functions; including accounting, treasury activities, tax and tax planning, acquisitions and investor relations.

For over 12 years, Josephine Lartey – Doh, has practiced as an avid accountant, beginning her rich career with SCG Consulting, a firm of chartered Accountants and Management Consultants.

Prior to joining e.Services, she worked as a Consultant with DEQ Consult Limited in various capacities but with the main responsibility of restructuring firms and providing key support to clients.

Josephine Lartey-Doh holds an MBA (Accounting Option) from Methodist University College and a Bachelor of Commerce degree from the University of Cape Coast, Ghana. She has proven comprehensive knowledge in Pastel Accounting & Sage Accpac Software. She is an eager reader and learner and is currently pursuing her professional certification with ACCA-UK.

Emmanuel Wereko Annor

Head, Client Accounts

As Head of Client Accounts, Emmanuel Wereko Annor leads the Client Account Department of e.Services Africa Ltd. He is a BCI Certified Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) Master Trainer, and a member of the company’s Business Development Team, responsible for developing strategic partnerships and driving mutually rewarding transactions to accelerate growth. His unit is responsible for leading transformational digital solutions for commercial clients and partners to appreciate greater business value through the use of technology.

 Prior to this role at e.Services, Mr. Annor was the Director of Administration at Skoda Lines Company Ltd responsible for (insert main responsibility).

 Mr. Annor holds a Certificate in Training Facilitation from the Ghana Technology University College and is an alumnus of the University of Ghana, Legon.

Contact Center Manager

Hayford Dorvlo leads the Business process outsourcing line of business at e.Services. Since joining the organization in 2008, he has worked and delivered on a variety of responsibilities as Customer Service Representative, Supervisor, QA Executive, Training and Development Manager.

Mr. Dorvlo is an astute outsourcing professional, social entrepreneur and project manager. He is a professional member of Project Management Institute (PMI), International Institute of Business Analysts (IIBA) and International Association of Outsourcing Professionals.

 He is a registered COPC® Best Practices for CX Operations coordinator formerly COPC CSP Registered Coordinator Training) and holds a degree in Geography and Resource Development from the University of Ghana as well as an MBA+ certificate in Impact Sourcing from Portland State University.

Alex Hayford

Manager, Business Development

As a Business Development Manager at e.Services Africa Ltd., Alex is primarily responsible for assisting the head of business development. Currently he is a co-project manager on a large scale health application development project that has been commissioned by the CEO of e.Services.

Prior to joining e.Services, Alex was an IT auditor for Cotton & Company LLP and CliftonLarsonAllen LLP, both federal contracting accounting firms in the USA. He was responsible for performing detailed reviews on government agency systems, holding a top secret level security clearance while doing so. He ultimately left this career path to contribute his talents to his family’s business.

 Alex is an alumnus of the School of Management at George Mason University, where he obtained bachelor’s degrees in Accounting and Information Systems & Operations Management in 2011.

Human Resource Manager

Mavis Baiden Heads the Human Resource Team of eServices Africa Limited. The team believes in creating the best working environment on earth. This is on the premise that when we have happy employees we are likely to have happy customers. She is committed to building a strong dedicated workforce that will deliver cutting edge customer experience to our client.

Mavis holds bachelor’s degree in Psychology/Sociology from University of Ghana. She obtained her Masters in Industrial & Organizational psychology from Central Michigan University, USA. She also holds a Senior Professional Certification from Society for Human Resource management, a global human Resource professional and credentialing body.

Mavis Baiden has previously worked with Zenith Bank Ghana as Operations Staff, The Brand Ghana Office as Head of HR and Administration, Christian Community Microfinance as Executive Manager in Charge of Human Resource, Human Resource Manager for Kofi Annan Centre of Excellence in ICT (AITI-KACE) and VisionFund Ghana ( A subsidiary of World vision International) as People & Culture Manager. Mavis brings to the role a rich experience and clear understanding of best HR practices. She is very passionate about people issues in the workplace and maximizing productivity.

Charles Okai leads the Operational Support Team responsible for driving support services and implementations – with a focus on increasing customer value, improving and maintaining competitiveness and providing simplified solutions.

 With more than 15 years working in BPO services, Mr. Okai has an all-encompassing hands–on experience in facilities management, process improvement and compliance to customer focus. His deep industry knowledge drives our–focused operational team.

Nii Gogo

Head, New Products & Services

Nii Gogo is the Head of Business Development, and leads the implementation and management of new products and strategic partnerships at e.Services. He has ten years of experience in corporate finance and new business launches across Africa, Asia and North America.

 

He began his career as an analyst in the Global Corporate Bank at Citigroup, New York, with responsibility for ongoing credit portfolio management and evaluation of new commitments. In (insert year) he worked with the Ghanaian subsidiary of Milvik AB, as a Business Division Manager with the responsibility of taking a range of BIMA branded products to market and running the day-to-day operations of the division.

Prior to joining Milvik, he was the Director of Global Business Services at Sproxil Inc., overseeing finance and administration for the company’s early stage subsidiaries in Ghana, Kenya and India.

 He holds a BSc in Operations Research from Columbia University, New York and a BA in Economics from Grinnell College, Iowa.

Sensei Ndlovu

Head, Learning, Development & Strategy

As Head of Learning & Development at eServices Africa Limited, Sensei’s mandate primarily take account of developing and executing an L & D Strategy for the business comprising of the Learning & Development Framework.

His Strategic role is to assists the eServices CEO for strategy formulation and execution and develop strategy management processes including implementation of the Balanced Score Card and KPIs across all departments.

Prior to joining the Team at e.Services, Sensei held numerous roles in South Africa, at Nimble Group, Dimensional Stunt School Pty Ltd and Ubuntu Bridge as the Operations Manager, Learning, Development & Optimization Manager, Managing Director and General Manager, respectively.

Sensei holds an MBA in Business Management from Ashley University, Los Angeles, California, specializing in Strategic Management.

A qualification in OD ETDP (Occupationally Directed Education Training and Development Practices). He is a graduate in Strategic Management from the University of South Africa (UNISA)

Sensei also received his National Diploma in Speech & Drama from Durban University of Technology.

 In addition, Sensei is a certified practitioner and facilitator of leadership and team building programs and is currently registered as an Assessor and Moderator with ETDP SETA, FASSET SETA, MICT SETA, CATHS SETA and SERVICES SETA.
