Head, Learning, Development & Strategy
As Head of Learning & Development at eServices Africa Limited, Sensei’s mandate primarily take account of developing and executing an L & D Strategy for the business comprising of the Learning & Development Framework.
His Strategic role is to assists the eServices CEO for strategy formulation and execution and develop strategy management processes including implementation of the Balanced Score Card and KPIs across all departments.
Prior to joining the Team at e.Services, Sensei held numerous roles in South Africa, at Nimble Group, Dimensional Stunt School Pty Ltd and Ubuntu Bridge as the Operations Manager, Learning, Development & Optimization Manager, Managing Director and General Manager, respectively.
Sensei holds an MBA in Business Management from Ashley University, Los Angeles, California, specializing in Strategic Management.
A qualification in OD ETDP (Occupationally Directed Education Training and Development Practices). He is a graduate in Strategic Management from the University of South Africa (UNISA)
Sensei also received his National Diploma in Speech & Drama from Durban University of Technology.
In addition, Sensei is a certified practitioner and facilitator of leadership and team building programs and is currently registered as an Assessor and Moderator with ETDP SETA, FASSET SETA, MICT SETA, CATHS SETA and SERVICES SETA.
