Debt collections directly from our contact centre for the Group and their local partner financial services (Bayport Ghana, Izwe loans) by our well trained Brand Ambassadors over the phones.
Five (5) seats fully loaded with highly skilled collectors were deployed for the successful execution of this first of kind engagement in Ghana.
